Abstract
⺠CS-PAACD NPs was obtained by introducing β-CD into CS-PAA nanoparticles. ⺠The size and the structure of CS-PAACD NPs can be controlled by varying the content of β-CD in them. ⺠These CS-PAACD NPs had a pH responsible property and excellent encapsulation ability to paclitaxel. ⺠These paclitaxel loaded CS-PAACD NPs showed high cytotoxicity against C6 glioma cells.
