Abstract
⺠Degraded soybean polysaccharides (DPS) had obvious repair effect on injured cells. ⺠The capability of Vero to inhibit CaOxa growth and adhesion was: control group > repair group > injury group. ⺠Repair of injured renal epithelial cells could reduce the risk of kidney stone formation. ⺠DPS might be a potential green drug for the prevention and treatment of kidney stones. ⺠DPS exhibited much stronger ability to induce and stabilize COD crystals than undegraded polysaccharides.
