Abstract
⺠Zein nanofibers incorporating cyclodextrins (zein/CD) were produced via electrospinning. ⺠Three different types of CDs (α-CD, β-CD and γ-CD) were incorporated into zein nanofibers. ⺠The morphology of the nanofibers was significantly depending on the weight percentage and type of CDs. ⺠The incorporation of CDs in zein solutions improved the electrospinnability.
