Abstract
⺠Develop a novel LPS-Hydrogel composite for vaccine delivery. ⺠Investigate the in vivo degradation and release behavior of tbFGF-LPS-Hydrogel. ⺠Investigate the therapeutic effects of tbFGF-LPS-Hydrogel on tumor models. ⺠Reveal that tbFGF-LPS-Hydrogel enhance antibody and CTL-mediated immune responses.
