Abstract
⺠Combined QCMD and AFM measurements have been made for monolayer and multilayer adsorption onto mica. ⺠AFM studies complement QCMD studies through visualising the structure of the deposited film. ⺠Mica-coated quartz crystals allow both QCMD and AFM studies on the same sample.
