Abstract
⺠Achira flour is an alternative source for the preparation of biodegradable films. ⺠Achira flour films presented lower WVP and solubility as compared to other tubers films. ⺠Good degree of incorporation of fibers within starch polymeric matrix was observed. ⺠The multi-response analysis methodology was satisfactory for achira flour films.
