Abstract
⺠The separation and identification of many carbohydrates is a challenging research. ⺠A borate buffer with methanol modifier provided a good CZE separation. ⺠This is the first report showing a CZE method for thirteen reducing carbohydrates. ⺠The method was tested with quality control samples of polysaccharides and foods. ⺠The method has been found to provide accurate and precise results.
