Abstract
⺠In this paper are presented results of active substance release from biopolymers. ⺠As a biopolymer application to control release transdermal system was used. ⺠Studied polymers were: polylactid acid, dibutyrylchitin, and chitosan. ⺠Obtained results were performed according two stage complex diffusion model. ⺠Different hydrophilicity and swelling in buffer of studied samples was observed.
