⺠Successful isolation of pure cellulose from grape skins separated from chardonnay pomace by an effective five-step process. ⺠Cellulose nanocrystal (CNC) derivation from sulfuric acid hydrolysis of grape cellulose. ⺠Detailed characterization of the nanostructure of grape CNCs and elucidation of self-assembled spherical cellulose nano-rod core and nanoparticle shell nanostructures, resembling the appearance of grape bundles.
