Abstract
⺠The production conditions for medicinal mushroom polysaccharides were optimized. ⺠Yield and activity of polysaccharides were investigated simultaneously and firstly. ⺠The optimized yield and cancer cell growth inhibitory rate of the polysaccharides were 9.843 ± 0.217 g/l and 83.69 ± 0.167%, respectively. ⺠The optimal conditions are more efficient and less time and energy consumption. ⺠It affords a theoretical foundation for low-cost production of polysaccharides.
