Abstract
⺠Chemical cross-linking microspheres were prepared in this work. ⺠Magnetic nanoparticles were successfully coated on the microspheres. ⺠pH-induced precipitation method to prepare the DOX-microspheres system. ⺠In vitro release behavior of DOX was investigated in detail. ⺠Shows the preliminary exploration of magnetic targeted tumor therapy.
