Abstract
⺠Microcapsules developed from oil in water emulsion using SDS as emulsifier. ⺠Multi-layers structure of microcapsules by multistep layer by layer technique. ⺠Shell structure of microcapsules obtained by oppositely charged chitosan and SDS. ⺠Alkali treatment of microcapsules for solidification and charge neutralization. ⺠Swelling or small aggregation of microcapsules found after alkali treatment.
