Abstract
⺠A new amphiphilic glycodendrimer was synthesized from lysine stearylamide. ⺠The structure was analyzed by NMR, IR, and MALDI TOF mass spectroscopies. ⺠The sulfated amphiphilic dendrimer had high anti-HIV activity and low cytotoxicity. ⺠The dendrimer enhanced the functionality of oligosaccharides.
