Abstract
⺠Benznidazole is the only drug available for Chagas disease treatment. ⺠Benznidazole has high toxicity due to its low aqueous solubility. ⺠Cyclodextrins are tools for enhancing nonpolar drugs' dissolution rate. ⺠Cyclodextrins are an alternative to reduce the Benznidazole toxicity. ⺠The product developed has feasibility of industrial-scale production and low cost.
