Abstract
⺠Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide was firstly modified by three chemical methods. ⺠The physicochemical properties were comparatively investigated. ⺠Chemical modification resulted in the change of physicochemical properties. ⺠Acetylationed Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide resulted in higher antioxidant abilities.
