Abstract
⺠Temperature and pH-sensitive polysaccharide crosslinked hydrogels were prepared. ⺠They contain Jeffamine M units linked on crosslinked carboxymethylpullulan hydrogel. ⺠The physico-chemical characterization evidenced their multi-responsive properties. ⺠Lutein and alpa-tocopherol retained on hydrogels have presented antioxidant activity. ⺠Interaction with biomolecules recommends them as supports for controlled drug release.
