Abstract
⺠A rapid and sensitive HPLC method was developed for oligosaccharide microanalysis. ⺠The plasma concentration-time curve of oligosaccharide HS203 was established. ⺠The blood glucose in beagle dog was monitored simultaneously using this method. ⺠This method is more sensitive than silver staining PAGE analysis of HS203. ⺠Our data is valuable for microanalysis of other sugars in biological samples.
