Abstract

âº Chitosan nanoparticle has shown spherical shape and smooth surface. âº Chitosan nanoparticle could protect vitamin C through the gastrointestinal tract of rainbow trout. âº Chitosan nanoparticle could well provoke the non-specific immunity system.
