Abstract
⺠An exopolysaccharide (EPS) was isolated from culture medium of Trichoderma species. ⺠EPS has anticancer activity in a time- and concentration- dependent manner. ⺠EPS induced human leukemia K562 cell apoptosis by the mitochondrial pathways. ⺠EPS has a potential application as an adjuvant therapy agent against human leukemia.
