Abstract
⺠Water-soluble polysaccharides (DIPs I and II) were purified from the fruiting body of Dictyophora indusiata. ⺠DIP I was composed of Glc and Man with molecular weight of 2100 kDa. ⺠DIP II comprised Xyl, Gal, Glc and Man with molecular weight of 18.16 kDa. ⺠DIP significantly (P < 0.05) decreased the MDA and lipofuscin levels of mice. ⺠DIP significantly (P < 0.05) increased the SOD and GSH-Px activities of mice.
