Abstract
⺠Dodecyl glucooligosides can be synthesized using CGTase from Bacillus macerans. ⺠α-Cyclodextrin and soluble starch were successfully used as glycosyl donors. ⺠Disproportionation prominent when soluble starch acts as donor substrate. ⺠78% conversion of the acceptor substrate C12G1 into dodecyl glucooligosides. ⺠93% of C12G2 could be transformed into dodecyl glucooligosides.
