Abstract
► We modified galactomannans enzymatically using β-d-mannanase and α-d-galactosidase. ► Both HPSEC and AsFlFFF were applicable to enzymatically modified galactomannans. ► Partial debranching of galactomannan reduced the aggregation tendency. ► Chain length and degree of substitution affected solubility of galactomannans.
