Abstract
⺠The fibers were prepared with the nature biopolymers which have highly biocompatibility, biodegradability and non-toxicity properties. Thus, the products could be well applied in the bioengineering, cell culture and drug delivery carriers. ⺠The highly porous on the fibers of CS provided highly surface areas to absorb the drugs. ⺠HA could be well enveloped on the CS fibers due to the electrostatic interactions, which could enhance the stability of drug envelopment. ⺠The core sheath structure of the final fibers could be well controlled the drugs release.
