Abstract
⺠Finishing of cotton fabrics with citric acid (CA) in presence of softeners (SME) resulted in an improvement in performance properties of those fabrics. ⺠The concentration of both CA and SME has been studied. ⺠The CA/SME finished fabrics were able to keep the Rosemary, Jasmine, Lavender and vanilla perfumes upon storing up to 3 months after repeating washing cycles.
