Abstract
⺠Crosslinking degrees of chitosan/TPP/genipin beads (CB) decreased as increased pH of solution. ⺠The CB7 (co-crosslinked in pH 7) has the best mechanical strength among these beads. ⺠The best adsorption ratio of phytic acid of the CBs occurred in pH 1 solution. ⺠Selective isolation of phytic acid from soybean whey can be processed by CB7.
