Abstract
⺠Structural properties of ASK polysaccharide was investigated. ⺠Methylation analysis and 1D & 2D NMR spectroscopy were used. ⺠This polysaccharide was proved to be arabinoxylan with T-GlcpA attached. ⺠A possible structure was proposed in this manuscript.
