Abstract
⺠The resources of tea (Camellia sinensis) flower is abundant with the low utilization. ⺠The molecular characterization of tea flower polysaccharide (TFP) were investigated with instrument analysis techniques of biomacromolecular. ⺠TFP fraction presented dose dependent inhibitory effects against α-glucosidase and α-amylase in vitro assay systems. ⺠TFP fraction caused a significant decrease in blood glucose levels of diabetic mice.
