Abstract
⺠Laccase stability in aqueous state was enhanced by using RSM. ⺠Laccase was stabilized in the presence of Guar Gum, starch and sodium acetate buffer. ⺠The stabilized laccase effectively decolorizes RB198 at 60 °C.
