Abstract
⺠Free radical scavenging activities of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were studied. ⺠Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can eliminate the immune inhibition effect of 5-Fu. ⺠Polysaccharides derivatives can increase the mouse thymus and spleen index of mice. ⺠Polysaccharides derivatives increased the content of SOD and GSH content of mouse.
