Abstract
⺠A polysaccharide from algae Sargassum vulgare (SV1) possess higher anticoagulant activity. ⺠It promoted direct inhibition of thrombin enzymatic activity and stimulated the enzymatic activity of FXa. ⺠SV1 displays the scavenging activity on DPPH.
