Abstract
⺠Insulin-loaded microhydrogels were prepared using Dex-G and Con A-E. ⺠Insulin release was reversibly in response to different glucose concentrations. ⺠The released insulin remained active without destroyed the tertiary structure. ⺠These microhydrogels possessed noncytotoxicity.
