Abstract
⺠Ultrasonic technology was used for polysaccharides extraction from C. paliurus. ⺠C. paliurus polysaccharide showed good antioxidant properties in vitro assays. ⺠C. paliurus polysaccharide demonstrated potent antimicrobial activity in vitro. ⺠C. paliurus polysaccharide can be explored as a novel natural antioxidant.
