Abstract
⺠Carbohydrate-binding modules recognize crystalline and amorphous cellulose. ⺠Crystallinity changes in cellulose II quantified using carbohydrate-binding modules. ⺠Supramolecular structure, morphology, and 'skin-core' model examined. ⺠Quantification of crystallinity changes comparable with ATR-FTIR methods.
