Abstract
⺠We synthesized biocompatible and thermosensitive copolymers based on Jeffamine. ⺠Copolymers have amphiphilic character at 25 °C and low concentration. ⺠The structures of the copolymers are more compact than that of the precursor. ⺠The sol-gel temperature is adjusted by varying the grafting degree of Jeffamine. ⺠The hydrogels have good viscoelastic properties for applications as delivery systems.
