Abstract
⺠We demonstrated that S-GFB had lower toxicity and high selectivity. ⺠We proved that S-GFB prevented the entering nucleus of NF-κB p65 through notch1. ⺠The underlying intracellular signal of S-GFB induced apoptosis was clarified firstly.
