Abstract
⺠Scalable ionic gelation synthesis of chitosan (CS) nanoparticles (NPs) was carried out in static mixers. ⺠152-376 nm CS NPs were achieved by the proposed technique. ⺠Particle size and productivity can be tuned by adjusting flow rate, CS/TPP concentration, etc. ⺠Sylicylic acid has been successfully loaded into CS NPs.
