Abstract
⺠The GLP inhibited HepG2 cells first but stimulated later. ⺠The GLP present positive dose- and time-dependent inhibition on BEL-7402 and Huh-7. ⺠Sulfated GLP inhibited HepG2 and L02 cells with positive dose- and time-dependence. ⺠The harm on L02 cells caused by sulfated GLP can be eliminated by the GLP.
