Abstract
⺠Glass transition temperature (Tg) decreased with increasing plasticizer content. ⺠An abrupt depression of the Tg occurred at certain plasticizer content. ⺠The glass transition was much broader for intermediate plasticizer content. ⺠Two different glass transitions were observed in the broad glass transition. ⺠Carbohydrate polymer-plasticizer systems can be classified into three regions.
