Abstract
⺠Water soluble graft copolymers of xyloglucan and PMMA have been synthesized. ⺠Grafting of PMMA on XG improved thermal stability and shelf life. ⺠Grafting introduces more reactive sites on XG without affecting its hydrophilicity. ⺠These new materials have potential to be exploited by pharmaceutical industry.
