Abstract
⺠Xylan-graft-poly(lactide) copolymers were prepared as a novel xylan-based plastic material, via click chemistry. ⺠The grafted PLLA side-chains acted as an internal plasticizer for xylan. ⺠A small number of PLLA chains with appropriate molecular weight could effectively increase the thermal stability of the copolymers.
