Abstract
⺠Two different MWs of chitosan were used as flocculants for lignocelluloses of pre-hydrolysis liquor. ⺠Formation of complexes and the removal of lignocelluloses were investigated. ⺠A higher dosage of chitosan was required to obtain the maximum lignin removal than the maximum hemicelluloses removal.
