Abstract
⺠High molecular weight chitosan is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis. ⺠Cotton is treated with the enzymatically degraded chitosan in presence of BTCA. ⺠The finished fabrics display easy care and antimicrobial properties after 15 washes.
