Abstract
⺠β-(1â6)-Linked N-acetyl-d-glucosamine thiophenyl glycosides with DP of 2, 3, 4 and 5 were synthesized. ⺠Synthesized oligomers were applied to study the substrate specificity of Dispersin B enzyme. ⺠The presence of multiple subsites was confirmed. ⺠At least four GlcNAc binding sites for active centre of DspB was suggested.
