Abstract
Delocalization of ADH subunits (A:B chains) under heat pressure causes to polymerize of ADH molecules and leads to molecular precipitation (arrows 1 and 2). Location of the undesired surface of ADH's two-chains interface molecules within the host α-CyD-nanocavity (â) resulting in anti-aggregation and solubilization of enzyme (arrows 1â² and 2â²).
