Abstract
⺠Cutinase from Fusarium solani pisi was immobilized by adsorption on Lewatit beads or by cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEA). ⺠CLEA cutinase showed better catalytic activity then cutinase immobilized on Lewatit beads. ⺠Nylon-4,10, nylon-6,10, and nylon-8,10 oligomers are enzymatically polymerized. ⺠iCutinase on Lewatit, CLEA cutinase, and N435 showed better catalytic activity towards long chain diamines (C8 > C6 > C4).
