Abstract
⺠Uniform and well-dispersed ZnO nanoparticles (â¼4 nm) in polymer formed at low temperature. ⺠Nanoparticles formed in situ polymer; free from any other organic additive or ligand. ⺠Tunable morphology based on different polymer/copolymer synthesis media. ⺠Demonstration of LED device using a ZnO nanoparticle/PMMA nanocomposite as active layer.
