Abstract
⺠Multivesiculated particles were synthesized by one-step double-emulsion process. ⺠w/o Droplets coalesce if dispersion time is long, forming monovesiculated particles. ⺠Added amine stabilizes both w/o and o/w dispersions. ⺠Polyester and colloids affect final particle sizes and vesiculation morphology.
