Abstract
⺠This review covers the grafting of cellulose by ring-opening polymerization (ROP). ⺠Heterogeneous grafting from and to solid celluloses is described. ⺠Homogenous grafting from soluble cellulose derivatives is also included. ⺠Solid celluloses are, for example, cotton, microfibrillated cellulose, nanowhiskers. ⺠Cellulose derivatives are, for example, hydroxyethyl cellulose and cellulose diacetate.
