Abstract
⺠Succinimide rings opened conveniently by nucleophilic agents such as alkyl amines. ⺠Swelling degree of PASP-l-PNIPAAm exhibited a significant change around pH = 4.1. ⺠Large difference was observed in swelling degree as a function of temperature. ⺠Release profile of DiclofenacNa was different in simulated gastric and intestinal fluid.
