Abstract
► Hyperbranched polymers (HBPs) modified by acylation with 10-undecenoyl chloride. ► Modified HBPs used in cationic biscycloaliphatic epoxy formulations. ► Enhancement of impact strength up to 200% using only 5% of HBP. ► Microstructured morphology without sacrificing thermal-mechanical properties. ► Good processability because of the low viscosity of HBPs.
